Great workshop. We attended Ren's night about 16 months ago and still promote this to all our friends. Not bagging antenatal workshops but this 4th Trimester workshop really helped with what happens once baby is here, rather than the build up to the birth. This workshop taught us what to expect, what support there is, and how to actually feed a baby!!
A must do for anyone about to become a parent.

I also felt like she had all relevant information being a midwife and I trusted all her tips and tricks as she’s not only a midwife but a mumma with experience!

I enjoyed the information and thankyou for sharing it along with your experiences. I also appreciated the 'no pressure' view on feeding. There was ALOT to take in. I think over two nights would have been better as I left with questions on lots of the sections but felt so rushed to ask them.
I would have also been good if you had some props to show us the different things i.e. with a baby doll, fake breast etc. A bit more interactive would be great and break up the information overload.

Ren has created a well thought out course and also incorporates her own experiences and was very open to talking about our own concerns. I think I might have learnt more from this night over antenatal classes.

My partner and I really enjoyed this workshop. We found it very insightful and loved hearing the personal stories to go along with the information. We didn’t end up attending Antenatal classes but found this workshop was enough for us. We feel better prepared for what’s to come after bubs is here.

My husband and I recently attended this workshop and found it very beneficial. After completing antenatal classes at another location, we found we still lacked information on the 4th trimester. We loved Renata's workshop as she provided us with alot of clear tips and advice for us to use once our baby arrives. We found Renata down to earth, friendly and very knowledgeable, which created a warm welcoming environment for us to feel comfortable asking questions. My partner and I attended this workshop and absolutely loved it. The session was honest, practical and informative - really inclusive too, and open minded. We got a lot more out of two hours with Renata than eight hours of antenatal classes, so we feel really lucky to have found out about this workshop. Renata explains things really clearly - great structure to the workshop, and she has a very personable and inclusive presentation style that makes it really easy to digest and remember lots of important info. Great sense of humour too. She also provides an excellent workbook with all of the information from her slides so you can take notes and have everything you learned available when pēpi arrives. This is because we found the content super informative, and Renata also provided some really practical “hands-on” advice which I’ve found that no one else really gives (other than my LMC). I would recommend this workshop to new mums, or even 2nd, 3rd or 4th time mums.
As a Mum to one, I had the awesome opportunity to attend the Fourth Trimester workshop with Renata and I absolutely loved it! I really wish I would have attended it for my son.
The workshop was fantastic and very informative about everything from the birth, feeding, recovery and so much more.
The environment that Renata creates is very supportive and it was great to hear the other expecting ladies’ stories and advice. I felt so prepared for having my 2nd child and even used and remembered the things we had covered in the workshop. And the goodie bag is fantastic!

The fourth trimester workshop is so worth it! As a first-time Mum-to-be - it was so refreshing to listen to Renata share a realistic take on what those first few months of the parenthood adventure can be like, rather than such a focus being solely on the labour/birth. The informal/intimate setting made engagement really easy and Renata’s genuine passion as well as her nursing/midwifery experience gave me a sense of real trust. Fourth trimester workshop
I was lucky to win tickets to the fourth trimester workshop and wow it was amazing. I felt like Renata covers all the important topics and it feels like your just having a good yarn with a friend. She has a great energy and you can tell she is also speaking from heaps of experience. I already have 1 child and I would still definatly reccommend this to people if it’s your 3rd or 4th! Heaps of great information that I hadn’t heard before. I also enjoyed how Renata talked about some topics that aren’t usually covered in antinatal like bedsharing safely and post natal depression. Great night highly reccommend! Xx
